What kind of payment method do you accept?
We accept paypal, all major credit cards only.
When do I expect for my orders to arrive?
We process orders the same day if ordered before 1 pm. After 1 pm it will be processed the next day.
Do you accept exchanges or returns?
We accept exchanges or returns within 3-5 business days provided it is unused and in it's original packaging. Shipping will be customer's responsibility. Money will be refunded within 3-5 days after receiving back merchandise.
Can I cancel my order once it's placed?
You have 24 hrs to cancel your order.
What is your shipping method?
We ship orders $ 50.00 or more for FREE via standard shipping and we pick which carrier to use. At the moment we use USPS and UPS only.
Can you expedite shipping?
Any orders $ 50.00 or more are FREE SHIPPING however, if you want it expedited you will be charge extra and rate depends on the carrier you want to use.
Do you ship outside of USA ?
We can ship outside of USA but we only use USPS as our carrier at this time. Free shipping does not apply to address outside of USA.
